Eileen Donovan Obituary

We announce the death of Eileen Donovan in Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on July 3, 2026, at the age of 94. Eileen will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Oberbroeckling and Emaline Oberbroeckling (Gerken); her daughter Debbie; her brothers, Jack Oberbroeckling and Dan Oberbroeckling; and her siblings-in-law, Iva Oberbroeckling (Jack), Alice Oberbroeckling (Jim), Roger Donovan, Jack, Jeanette Fondell, Doris and Kenny Wiederholdt.

She is survived by: her brother Jim Oberbroeckling; her children, Dianne O'Meara (David) of Arvada, CO, David (Kimberly) of Cape Coral, FL, Donna of Scottsdale, AZ, Dawn Caven (Todd) of Maple Grove, MN, Denise Bartlett (Mark) of Tucson, AZ, Darci DeCamp (Craig) of West Lafayette, IN and Doug of Waukesha, WI; her grandchildren, Meghan Donovan, Molly, Charlie Caven, Jake DeCamp and Sophia Olson (Sam); and her great grandchildren, Wyatt and Margaret Olson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
