He is survived by: his wife Donna Akers of Dubuque; his daughters, Lisa Driscoll (Tom) of Dubuque and Linda Mozena (Joel) of Asbury; his grandchildren, Josh Mozena (Sarah), Todd Mozena (Kendra), Cora Roe (Nick), Megan Witter (Aaron), Amanda Akers and Evan Akers; his sister Lois Yerkes of Walker; and his siblings-in-law, Susan Hartwell (Dave) of Iowa City and Larry Fuller of Central City. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
