He is survived by: his son James (Jaime); his grandson Jack; his stepdaughter Jessica Unterberger (John); his sisters, Pat Bolton (Floyd) and Deb Johnson (Steve); his stepparents, Lue and Merle Puhrman; and his stepsiblings, Steve, Sue (John), Jolene (David), Trisha and Jessica (Michael). He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
