He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fransen and Lorraine Fransen (Kenyon); and his sister Lynnann Maiden. He is survived by: his brother Randy Fransen of Dubuque, IA; his niece Jamie Fransen; Damon of Dubuque, IA. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and cousins.
