He is survived by: his wife Theresa Stecklein of Dubuque, IA; his daughters, Emily Stecklein (Colin McCormack), West and Rachel VanNatta (Scott) of Dubuque, IA; his grandchildren, Chase and Lyla VanNatta; and his siblings, Gary Stecklein (Diane) of Altoona, IA, Terry Stecklein (Debbie) of Dubuque, IA, Jodie Gerhard of East Dubuque, IL and Donald Stecklein.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and at 3:00 PM at the Behr Funeral Home (1491 Main St, Dubuque, IA 52001).
