He was predeceased by: his parents, Lambert Finzel and Margaret Finzel (Steger); his wife Madonna Kay Finzel (Meyers); his granddaughter Stephanie Wolbers; his brother Dennis Finzel; and his sister-in-law Judi Meyers.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jeni Wolbers (Russell) of Dubuque and Jodi Wegrzyn (Ric) of Lansing, MI; and his grandchildren, Dylan Wegrzyn, Brandon Wolbers and Ryan Wolbers.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Hoffmann Schneider & Kitchen Funeral Home & Crematory (3860 Asbury Rd, Dubuque, IA 52002). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
