She was predeceased by : her parents, Alvy Kennedy and Evelyn Kennedy (Roeder); her husband Ronald Pline; her sons, Thomas Pline, Bill Pline (Deb) and Jim Pline; her grandsons, Wade Pline, Spencer Pline and Zachary Pline; her great grandchild Reid Pline; her son-in-law Craig Olson; her brothers, Richard "Skip" Kennedy and Alvy Kennedy Jr.; her parents-in-law, Reuben and Alberta Pline; and her in-laws, Sandra, Bill Gassman and Dick Breithaupt.

She is survived by : her children, Kathy Callaghan of Dubuque, IA, Kevin Pline (Martha) of Dubuque, IA, Allan Pline (Connie) of Peosta, IA, Lorna Olson of LaMotte, IA, Janice Bechen of LaMotte, IA and Scott Pline (Beth) of Newton, IA; her grandchildren, Don Callaghan (Heather), Jennifer Fondell (Brian), Brittany White (Eric), Alexis Morrison (Jeff McKinley), Jason Pline (Barb), Jill Miller (Jason), Jeremy Pline (Elisa), Jessica Hesselman (Pete), Bradley Pline (Angie), Dani Campbell (Steve), Corey Olson (Kayla), Casey Olson (Kenzie), Lori Kueter (John), Codey Olson (Alicia), Lindsey Bechen (Chan Park), Chris Bechen, Joshua Pline (Lindsy), Corey Pline (Ruth), Katie Pline, Caleb Pline, Jim Pline Jr. (Holly), Becky Pline and Jon Pline; and her sisters-in-law, Cindy Breithaupt of Dubuque, IA and Denise Kennedy.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 3:45 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Behr Funeral Home (1491 Main St, Dubuque, IA 52001). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Parish - Sacred Heart (2215 Windsor Ave, Dubuque, IA 52001).
