She was predeceased by: her mother Patricia H. Mulrooney (Heller); her father-in-law John Conway; and her brother-in-law Cory Conway. She is survived by: her father Edward A. Mulrooney of Dubuque; her husband Bradley Conway of Dubuque; her sons, Aidan and Charles Conway; her siblings, Shannon Mulrooney (Michelle) of Dubuque and Tara Matous (Nick) of Dubuque; her nieces and nephews, Liam and Addison Mulrooney; her parents-in-law, Hattie and Terry Nemmers; her brother-in-law Justin Conway; and her caregiver Abbie.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
