He was predeceased by: his parents, Max W. Parker and Angeline J. Parker (Richter); his wife Sally Anne Wilberding of Anthony's Catholic Church; his siblings, Vi Millius (Robert), Janet Cheever (George), Bob, Lyle (Lorraine), Bill (Joyce) and Max Parker; and his nephew William Parker Jr. (Brenda).
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Tamara Parker, Larry Parker (Debbie), Kristine "Tina" Beckman and Ronald Parker; and his great-nephews, Rick Bradley, Brian Beckman and CJ Beckman.
A prayer will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 3:45 PM at the Hoffmann Schneider & Kitchen Funeral Home & Crematory (3860 Asbury Rd, Dubuque, IA 52002). Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Anthony Catholic Church (1870 St Ambrose St, Dubuque, IA 52001).
