He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lemm of Dubuque; his children, Michael of Omaha, Cody, Madison and Craig of Washington, DC; his stepdaughter Debra Bacon (John); his stepgrandchildren, Haley Conway (Kyle) of Phoenix, AZ and Ethan Bacon of Phoenix, AZ; his stepson David Lemm (Kelly); his stepgrandchildren, Mason of Dubuque, Alyvia of Dubuque and Maxwell of Dubuque; and his sister Marge.
