With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Healey of Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on May 14, 2026 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Martin "Max" Fangman (Pettinger); her husband Joe Healey of Dubuque; her sons, Joe Jr. of Dubuque, Austin (Toni) of Dubuque and Zach Healey (Chasity) of Dubuque; her grandchildren, Ethan, Brooke Healey, Ella Campbell, Bentley Healey, Alexis Healey and Addison Weinert; her siblings, John Fangman (Joan) of Dubuque, Sandra Duffy of Dubuque, Mary Kay Muir of Dubuque and JoAnn Giunta (Francis) of Dubuque; and her brother-in-law Tym Healey of Cedar Rapids. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Egelhof, Siegert and Casper Funeral Home (2659 John F Kennedy Rd, Dubuque, IA 52002). A wake will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Church of the Nativity (1225 Alta Vista St, Dubuque, IA 52001).
