We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Jean Frederick (Dubuque, Iowa), born in Platteville, Wisconsin. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Goke and Sarah Mae Goke (Reese); her husband Elmer Frederick (Bud); her in-laws, Roy and Minnie Frederick; her siblings, Gary Goke, Gordon Goke and Dolores Olson; and her in-laws, Ole Olson, Bea Goke, Millie Hoerner, Bob Hoerner, Ruth Frederick and Eldon Frederick.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Brashear, Deb Norman (Ed), Susie Stocks (Kevin), Larry Frederick, Rick Frederick (Donna), Dave Frederick (Misti) and Mark Frederick; her brothers, Donald Goke and Douglas Goke; and her sisters-in-law, Peggy Goke and Evelyn Goke. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren (plus one on the way), 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Egelhof, Siegert & Casper Funeral Home (2659 John F Kennedy Rd, Dubuque, IA 52002). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
A Jean Frederick Memorial Fund has been established.
