He is survived by: his friend Jeff Liddle; his wife Rhonda Pope of Dubuque, IA; his children, Desiree Heiderscheit (Steve) of Dubuque, IA, Kelli Jo Pope of Dubuque, IA and Cory Glover (Beth Marty) of Colorado; his granddaughter Leah Lindauer of Dubuque, IA; his siblings, Don Pope (Suzi) of Dubuque, IA, Kathy Stevens of Davenport, IA and Leiane Pope of Davenport, IA; his mother-in-law Lois Glover of Dubuque, IA; and his siblings-in-law, Sonya Steffen (Terry) of Dickeyville, WI, Sam Glover of Pennsylvania, Ken Glover (Crystal) of Pennsylvania, Rich Glover (Karen) of Dubuque, IA, Tom Glover (Karla) of Pennsylvania and Randy Glover (Corrine) of Dubuque, IA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and wonderful friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Behr Funeral Home (1491 Main St, Dubuque, IA 52001). A committal service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Dubuque Memorial Gardens (Jecklin Ln, Dubuque, IA 52003).
