She is survived by: her husband Bob Havertape of Dubuque, IA; her sons, Matt Havertape (Sue) of Dubuque, IA and Brad Havertape (Claire) of Livingston, MT; her grandchildren, Ian Havertape, Clare Havertape and Lexi Clark; her siblings, Jean Christensen of Dubuque, IA and Jimmy Carter (Idaine) of Blanchardville, WI; and her sister-in-law Elaine Carter.
