We announce the death of John Walker of Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on August 18, 2026. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Walker and Jayne Walker (Link); his parents-in-law, Dwayne and Mary Anne Martin; and his brother-in-law John Rice.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his sons, Eric Miller (Laurie) of East Dubuque, IL and Nathan Miller (Laura) of Dubuque; his grandchildren, Ayden, Connor (Addie Michel), Tierney, Alyvia, Aubrey and Nathan Jr. Miller; his siblings, Robert Walker Jr. (Maureen) and Sher Rice; his sisters-in-law, Mary Lou Meisner (Daryl), Peggy Holdiman (Tom) and Diana Rohach (Michael); his nieces and nephews, Amy, Erin, Jason, Janeal, Brooke, Jenna, Ben and Anna; his extended family, Jim and Sue Burdt; his niece Sierra; and his great-nephew Benjamin.
In lieu of flowers a John C. Walker memorial fund will be established.
