She is survived by: her children, David Brinkmoeller (Sue) of Dubuque, Laura Von Ah (Gary) of Dubuque and Lynn McEvoy of Cary, IL; her grandchildren, Katie Giese (Mark), Molly Kennedy (Matt), Zach Brinkmoeller (Samantha), Nick Brinkmoeller, Lauren McEvoy and Michael McEvoy (Annabelle); her great grandchildren, Lilah, Grayson, Finn, Charlotte and Nolan; and her sister-in-law Mary Ellen Duffy of Cedar Rapids, IA..
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Holy Spirit Parish- Holy Ghost (2921 Central Ave, Dubuque, IA 52001). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for Holy Ghost Church and the University of Iowa Health Care Stead Family Children's Hospital.
