She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Bailey and Lucille Bailey (Loeffelholz); her siblings, Joan Wenzel, Kenny Bailey and Donnie Bailey; and her former husband Robert L. Fassbinder.
She is survived by: her husband Paul; her children, Kevin Wallace (Rhonda), Susan Spradling (Keith), Aleta Beuter, Wanda Wallace, Mary Graham (Bruce) and Mark Fassbinder (Kelly Jo); and her sisters, Molly Angersola (Ken) and Alice Hahn. She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hoffmann Schneider & Kitchen Funeral Home & Crematory (3860 Asbury Rd, Dubuque, IA 52002). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Church of the Resurrection (4300 Asbury Rd, Dubuque, IA 52002).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for Dubuque Arboretum & Botanical Gardens.
