She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Speltz and Mary Agnes Speltz (McDermott); her husband Earl; her siblings, Coletta Tigges (Cletus), Larry Speltz and Jim Speltz; her brothers-in-law, John Frommelt and Thomas Stender; her great grandchild Penelope; and her nephew TJ Stender.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly DeSanti of Dubuque, Todd Lampe (Lisa) of Davenport, Andrea Jochum (Rick) of Dubuque and Nicole Freed (Ed) of Dubuque; her grandchildren, Ryan DeSanti (Nicole), Kayla Beecher (Josh), Kelsey Passick (Kyle), Riley DeSanti (Monica), Russell DeSanti, Julia Lampe, Ellie Lampe, Kara Lampe, Anna Shultz (Jacob), Adeline Jochum (Jake Mawe), Samuel Jochum, Lily Jochum, Benjamin Freed, Maria Freed and Caroline Freed; her sisters, Nancy Frommelt and Bonnie Stender; and her siblings-in-law, Jerry Lochner and Nancy Speltz. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews & other extended family.
In lieu of flowers a Juan Lampe memorial fund will be established.
