Kellen was predeceased by: grandmother Carol Lutgen (Tranel). Kellen is survived by: parents, Tracy Willis (Lutgen) and Tim Willis; sister Victoria Willis; grandparents, Dave, Ellen Willis, Jim and Sheryl Lutgen; and aunts and uncles, Chris (Dana Whitehill), Val (Mark O'Brien), Luc (Sarah Willis), Jennifer (Andrew Friedel), Allie (Gio Hayes) and Stacey (Jason Taylor).

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Dubuque Senior Wrestling and Soccer programs.
