With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth R. Schroeder (Dubuque, Iowa), who passed away on January 12, 2026 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Carol Jean Mitten. He is survived by: his wife Kay Schroeder (Baker) of Dubuque; his children, Paul Schroeder (Linda) of Dubuque and Janelle Schroeder (Michael Bland) of Indian Shores, Florida; his grandchildren, Holly Mihm (Logan) and Mason Schroeder; and his siblings, Larry Schroeder (Jackie) of Muscatine, Iowa, Cynthia Wheeler (Curt) of Rossmoor, California, Janice O'Neel of Ankeny, Iowa, Keith Schroeder of Blue Grass, Iowa, Bill Schroeder (Brenda) of Rock Island, Illinois and Lynn Schroeder (Mary) of Ames, Iowa. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
