He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Orlando, Alice Lowrance, Allie and Dorothy Oberbroeckling. He is survived by: his parents, Richard Oberbroeckling and Jane Oberbroeckling (Lowrance); his children, Alexis Marie Oberbroeckling and Kaine William Oberbroeckling; his brother Kevin Oberbroeckling (Chris); his sibling's children, Austin Oberbroeckling (Carley) of Dubuque and Ashley Straka (Brian) of Lancaster, WI.; his granddaughters, Lillian Kay and Josie Lee; his great-nieces, Bailey, Harlo and Harper; his children, Celia Casarrubias-Kelley and Quentin Kelley; Clara Gerhard.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Leonard Funeral Home and Crematory (2595 Rockdale Rd, Dubuque, IA 52003). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
