With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kyle Seay of Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on January 19, 2026 at the age of 19. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Kyle had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Kyle may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Tom Randklev, Phillip Seay (Janis) and Ollie Kringle. He is survived by: his parents, Steven Seay and Brandie Seay (Randklev) of Dubuque; his brother Justin Seay of Dubuque; his grandmothers, Linda Randklev (James Losh) of Marion and Janice Kringle of Dubuque; and his caregiver Sue Reisdorf. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
