He is survived by: his wife Shelly Oyen; his children, Natalie Steuer (Brad) of Asbury, Samantha Jahagee (Tinesh) of Asbury and Blake Oyen of Dubuque; his grandchildren, Sage, Landon Steuer, Chand, Priya Jahagee and Laikyn Oyen; his siblings, Scott Oyen of Peosta, Kevin Oyen (Lynne) of Asbury and Bonnie Anderson (Rick) of Asbury; his parents-in-law, Butch and Bernita Maas; and his brothers-in-law, Ron Maas of Dubuque, Mike Maas (Angie) of Dubuque and Dennis Maas of Dubuque.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
