She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll L. Elliott and Olla M. Elliott (Fleming); her brother Carroll Jr.; her son Dave; her sister Jean Kaiser (Bob); and her in-laws, Louie Hoefflin (Leone) and Janaan Eichman (Bill).
She is survived by: her husband Gene W. Hoefflin; her daughter Carol Oberfoell (Jim) of Dubuque; her grandsons, Joe Burdt Jr. of Des Moines, IA and Brian Burdt (Kristen) of Haiku, HI; her son Terry Hoefflin (Molly) of Dubuque; and her granddaughters, Lillian Hoefflin and Rosalynd Hoefflin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the St Matthew Lutheran Church (1780 White St, Dubuque, IA 52001).
