He is survived by: his parents, Jessica Boekholder and Carter Boekholder; his grandparents, Angella, Brian Link of Dubuque, Amy and Dave Boekholder of Dyersville; his uncles, Father Joshua Link of Clear Lake, IA, Andrew (Sydney Steffen) of Iowa City and Bryce Boekholder of Las Vegas, NV; and his great-grandparent Kathy Link of Dubuque.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made to Abel Speaks, a nonprofit foundation providing support to expecting parents of babies with life limiting diagnosis.
