With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Margaret Barton of Dubuque, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 4, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hoyne and Margaret Hoyne (McGuire); her husband Ron Barton; her brother Billy; her daughter Anne; and her siblings-in-law, Darlene and Jim Sorensen.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Winjum (Craig) of Indianola, IA and Paul Barton (Leanne) of Atlanta, GA; and her grandchildren, Andrew, Sam, Abby, Matt, Nate and Charlie.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Stonehill Communities and Church of the Resurrection.
