She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Reynolds and Geneva Reynolds (Otter); her parents-in-law, Eleanor and Gordon Williams; her grandson Brandon Williams; her siblings, Pat, Ted, Mark, Myron, Mary and Theresa; and her siblings-in-law, Chuck Reisen, Jerry Hall, Steve Elliott, Joe Derrick and Joyce Williams.

She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" Williams; her children, Jim Williams (Denise) of Dubuque, Mike Williams (Colleen) of Dubuque, Missy Kruser (Roger) of Kieler, Doug Williams (Maegen) of Mount Horeb, Jodi Ruden (Mark) of Dubuque and Amy Henry (Justin) of Dubuque; her grandchildren, Brittany Glaser (Jon), Brianna Siegert (Corey), Brady Williams (Ashley), Kelly Williams (Katie), Courtney Bakey (Jesse), Joe Kruser, Miranda Lange (Jerry), Allison Kruser (Derek), Rachael Pozzi (Lance), Alexander Williams, Elijah Williams (Lena), Nathanael, Natalie, Makaela, Caeden, Alaena, Connor, Alexa Ruden, Jackson Ruden, Lucas Ruden, Mason Henry and Alaina Henry; and her siblings, Sam Reynolds (Dianna) of Rock Island, IL, Phil Reynolds (Lois) of Madison, Tim Reynolds (Sandy), Delora Hall of Reynolds, IL and Linda Reisen of Dubuque. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory (2595 Rockdale Rd, Dubuque, IA 52003). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM and at 2:45 PM at the Holy Spirit Parish (2215 Windsor Ave, Dubuque, IA 52001).

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
