She is survived by: her son Steve; her husband Lawrence Weitz (Larry); her sons, Michael Weitz (Krista) and Stephan Weitz (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Noah, John, Allyson (Chandler Newcomb) and Simon (Annabelle Costello); and her siblings-in-law, William "Butch", Carol Miller, Dave, Marilyn Carew, William and Becky Weitz. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Anna Weitz Childhood Cancer Foundation.
