With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marilyn Conklin of Dubuque, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 4, 2026 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Steinert (Lewis) and Perry Lamont Steinert; her husband Eugene Vincent Conklin II; and her son John. She is survived by: her children, Linda Murray (Ted) and Michael Conklin (Julie); her grandchildren, Joshua Brack (Sharon), Adam Brack (Elizabeth), Bo Brack (Hailey), Tim Conklin (Katie), Bryan Conklin, Molly Smith (Aaron), Alex Klein (Michelle), Kendra Reinhardt (Tyler), Spencer Conklin (Daniel) and Winston Conklin; and her great grandchildren, Finley Brack, Jackson Brack, Dylan Rose Brack, Connor Brack, Harvey Donald Brack, Grae Brack, Luke Brack, Charlotte Smith, Charlie Smith, Tillie Klein, Teddy Klein, Violet Conklin, Forrest Reinhardt, Beckham Reinhardt, Carter Conklin and Mackenzie Conklin.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Dubuque Arboretum, Mercy, Hospital or charity of your choice.
