He is survived by: his siblings, James Willging (Georgia) of Asbury, Joyce Tignino of Wheaton, IL, Michele Welter (Bill) of Iowa City, IA and Greg Willging (Laura) of Dubuque; and his nieces and nephews, Jeff, Dan, David Willging (Jody), Emily Chandler (Richard), Gabe Tignino (Gina), Ben Welter (Maria), Ellen Welter (Craig), Julia Welter (Jonathan), Alex Vaassen (Kaylah), Abby Willging and Andy Willging.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to The Fountain of Youth Program.
