She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Cady and Dorothy Cady (Bertsch); her husband John Baumgartner; her siblings, Earl Cady (Shirley), Sally Alber (Ed), Priscilla Bartella (Ed), Gloria Jacobs (Ray), Imelda Meyers (Earl) and Elwyn Cady; and her siblings-in-law, Chuck Koch, Mary Baumgartner, Donald Torrey, Robert Baumgartner, Ruth Baumgartner, Wayne Deutsch, Rita Shaw and Ed Baumgartner (Sherri).
She is survived by: her daughter Lynn Hodges of Richmond, TX; her brother John Cady (Penny) of Rock Island, IL; and her siblings-in-law, Karen Cady, Margaret Koch, Richard Baumgartner, Theresa Torrey, Eileen Deutsch and Roger Shaw. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, even great and great-great nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Columbkille Catholic Church (1240 Rush St, Dubuque, IA 52003).
