She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard G. Wintermote and Barbara J. Wintermote (Lynch); her brother Ron Wintermote; her in-laws, Richard and Jayne Chapman; and her siblings-in-law, Mike Chapman and Kelli Davis.
She is survived by: her husband Richard M. Chapman II of Dubuque; her children, Richard Chapman III (Martina) of Davenport, IA, Corey Chapman (Melissa) of Indianola, IA and Jessica Cook (Jason) of Dubuque; her grandchildren, Allison Jump (Chris), Jarrett Chapman (Riley), Mercades Cook and Anna Chapman; her great grandchildren, Jackson Jump, Jasmine Jump, Joanna Jump, Beau Chapman and Paisley Pope; and her sisters, Pam Mickelson of Dubuque and Sandy Griebel (Jim) of New Liberty, IA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
