He is survived by: his wife Janie Schieltz of Dubuque, IA; his children, Randal Schieltz (Emily) of Boone, IA, Julie Hogland (Scott) of Dane, WI and Dan Schieltz (Lea Droessler) of Golden, CO; his grandchildren, Kelsey DeMeuse (Dave), Kaitlin Rooney (Patrick), Alex Schieltz (Grace), Travis Schieltz (Elizabeth), Erin Schieltz, Jacob Hogland (Mikaila Olsen), Sam Hogland, Zach Schieltz (Meg), Meredith Schieltz (Casey) and Michael Droessler (Tess Kachiroubas); his siblings, Dorothy Schieltz of Farley, IA, Dave Schieltz (Claire) of Castle Rock, CO, Harold Schieltz (Darlene) of Holy Cross, IA and Carol Peterson (Tom) of Muscatine, IA; and his brother-in-law Bob Digman (Chris) of Platteville, WI.. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
