She was predeceased by: her parents, James Grant and Mary Grant (Heinz); her brother Emmett Grant; and her brothers-in-law, Donnie Peiffer and Lee Morrison.
She is survived by: her husband Don Erschen of Dubuque, IA; her children, Chris Erschen of Dubuque, IA and Staci Schmeiser (Lincoln) of Elkhart, IA; her grandchildren, Andrew Erschen, Elizabeth Muehlenthaler (Kyle), Emily Schmeiser and Martin Schmieser; her great grandchild Elaine Muehlenthaler; her siblings, Agnes Peiffer of Milwaukee, WI, Terese Morrison of Dubuque, IA and Charlene Kearney (Mike) of Marion, IA.; Dennise Grant of Cascade, IA..
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Behr Funeral Home (1491 Main St, Dubuque, IA 52001). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Spirit Parish - Holy Ghost (2921 Central Ave, Dubuque, IA 52001).
