She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin "Sam" Herrig and Mary Lou Herrig (Durkop). She is survived by: her close friend Daryl Capesius of Springville, IA; and her siblings, Donna Howland (Jim) of Florida, Kevin Herrig (Sabira Nurieva) of Germany, Diana Bergfeld of Bernard, IA, Ken Herrig (Teresa) of Dubuque, IA, Dave Herrig (Amy) of LaMotte, IA, Dean of Dubuque, IA, Gene of Dubuque, IA, Elaine of Dubuque, IA and Gerald Herrig of Dubuque, IA. She is also survived by one nephew and many nieces.
