Pinkham; her son Titus of Dubuque; her brother Michael; her sister-in-law Sarah Weston; her nephew Mason Weston; her grandmother PJ Weston; her aunt Shirley Weston of Fort Myers, FL; her uncles, Tim Whitver and Dan Whitver; her parents-in-law, Tim and Peggy Pinkham of Washington, IN; her sister-in-law Rebekah Pinkham (Caleb) of Indianapolis, IN; and her caregiver Bobye Manning.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for the family to purchase memorial benches, to InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, and to the Avery Foundation.
