She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Koetz and Edna Koetz (Theilen); her siblings, Francis Koetz (Marian) of Centralia, IA and Glenn Koetz (Madonna); her husband Norbert Finzel; her daughter Janice Lochner (Allen); and her sisters, Marilyn Koetz and Madonna Schmitt (Harold).

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Christa Knapp of Dubuque, IA, Martina Willey (Chris), Jenifer Lewis (Bill) and Jay Michael Lochner (Steph Heinsius); and her great grandchildren, Carlen, Riley, Riana, Clayton, Sam and Grace Ann.

Due to the COVID-19 concerns all who attend will be required to wear a face covering.
