She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Patrick "Patty" and Annette Kelleher (Krathaus); her children, Cathy Rogers and Bob Rogers; and her siblings, James Kelleher, Neil Kelleher, Dave Kelleher, Billy Kelleher, Donny Kelleher and Aynne Kelleher-Simon.
She is survived by: her husband Lynn Rogers of Dubuque, IA; her children, Deb Wallis (Dave) of Dubuque, IA, Ann Decker (Rick) of Peosta, IA and Joseph Rogers (Candice) of Fort Worth, TX; her grandchildren, Dana Flogel (Jason), Sarah Krapfl (Jordan), Meghan Middleton (Josh), Amy Rogers, Kelly LaPlant (Nick), Bobby Rogers (Dafne), Jamie Brown (Caleb), Dallas Brant (Shelby), Dusty Brant (Lauren), Jakob Decker (Emma Gile), Brandon Decker, Kaitlyn Rogers and Aiden Rogers; and her sister Marie Jakubowski of Buffalo, NY.. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:45 PM at the Behr Funeral Home (1491 Main St, Dubuque, IA 52001). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
