It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Schadler of Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on June 24, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Paul Schadler to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Schadler and Viola Schadler (Manders); his brother Bob Schadler (Bonnie); and his brother-in-law David Osterberger. He is survived by: his sons, Nick Schadler of Dyersville and Mike Schadler of Dubuque; his wife Cindy Schadler of Dubuque; his grandchildren, Nolan Pike, Nicholas Jr., Maryana and Henry Schadler; his siblings, Karen Osterberger of Dubuque and Jerry Schadler of Dubuque; and his close friends, Ozzie and Bill.
Visitation was held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Columbkille Catholic Church (1240 Rush St, Dubuque, IA 52001). A prayer was held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 6:45 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mount Calvary Cemetery (1111 Davis St, Dubuque, IA 52001).
Memorials may be made to Power of Prayer Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration Chapel, and Mary's Inn.
