As we bid Rita farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Rita is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Banck and Margaret Banck (Young); and her siblings, Richard Banck, Jean Cornish (Donald) and Dorothy Gray (George "Jack").
She is survived by: her husband James Moran of Dubuque, IA; her daughters, Sheri Lindemier (Dave) of Dubuque, IA, Kelli Allen of Dubuque, IA, Kristi Santiago (John) of Killeen, TX and Staci Walsh (Brian) of Dubuque, IA; her sister Kay Strumberger (Denny) of Omaha, NE; and her siblings-in-law, Marlene of Dubuque, IA and Douglas Moran (Pat) of Dubuque, IA.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 11, great grandchildren.
