He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kelley-Seely of Dubuque, IA; his children, Timothy Seely of Cedar Rapids, IA, Paula Peil of Dubuque, IA and Robert Peil, Jr. of Cedar Rapids, IA; his grandchild Lexie Peil of Dubuque, IA; his sister Diane Overturf (Jerry) of Bellevue, IA; his sister-in-law Janice Peil of Dubuque, IA; and also Eilean Marshall.
