He was predeceased by: his father Robert Wuebker; his father-in-law Larry Holland; his sibling's children, Josh Wuebker, Jared Wuebker and Nicole Bowerman; and his sister-in-law Roxanne Wuebker.
He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Wuebker (Orwig) of Emmetsburg, IA; his wife Heather; his children, Abby of Dubuque, Brooke of Dubuque and Kayla Wuebker of Dubuque; his siblings, Kevin Wuebker, Wayne Wuebker (Karen), Jenean Bowerman (Doug), Dan Wuebker (Jill), Theresa Luden (Terry), Judy Hansen (Doug) and Maria Vogl (Randy); his mother-in-law Kathy Holland; and his in-laws, Mark Holland (Deb) and Kristie Miller (Max). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Columbkille Catholic Church (1240 Rush St, Dubuque, IA 52001). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
A Robert "Bob" Wuebker Memorial Fund has been established.
