Ronaele touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Tanner and Sylvia Tanner (Ward); her husband William "Bill" Heil; her son Stevie; and her grandfather Ward.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Leatherwood (James) of Yulee, FL and Doug Heil (Betty) of Dubuque; her grandchildren, Adam Heil (Bailey), Jacob Leatherwood (Ellen), Lauren Heil, Evan Heil (Molly) and Tanner Leatherwood (Brittany Krecker); her great grandchildren, Isabella, Theodore and Laurel; her siblings, Judy Versteeg (Case), David Feick (Linda) and John Feick (Sandy); her pet Winston Churchill III; her friend John E. Whalen; and also, Robert Heil (Jean) and Virginia Danielson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Hospice of Dubuque and Lord of Life Lutheran Church.
