He was predeceased by: his parents, Gayland Johnson and Beverly Johnson (Becker); his stepfather William White; his brothers, Jay and Donald; and his brother-in-law Randy Laufenberg.
He is survived by: his sisters, Vicki Laufenberg and Kathy Jaeger (Steve); his nieces and nephews, Ed Pickel (Jenifer), Tony Pickel, Sarah Biver (Ben) and Katie Malli (Josh); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jacob Biver (Halie Ristau), Shawn, Derek Biver, Olivia Lang and Avery Pickel; and his uncle AJ Becker (Kim).
In lieu of flowers, a Ronald Johnson Memorial Fund has been established.
