She was also cherished by 11 nieces and nephews, 17 great-nieces and nephews, and 14 great-great-nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Arbor Oaks Bible Chapel (2843 JFK, Dubuque, IA 52002).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Arbor Oaks Bible Chapel Mission Fund, a cause incredibly near and dear to Rosanne's heart, continuing her legacy of sharing Christ's love with the world.
