She is survived by: her great grandchild Jenna Samson; and her children, Sandra Hammerand (Herk) of Dubuque, Edward Neyens Jr. (Debby) of Scottsdale, AZ, Susan Haas (Joseph) of Dubuque, Larry Neyens (Tina) of Marion, IA and Mark Neyens (Jaclyn) of Hiawatha, IA..
