She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Fenelon and Genevieve Fenelon (Chandler); her in-laws, Ralph and Hilda Blaser; and her brothers-in-law, Daniel Oberbroeckling, Donald Buckland and Ronald Blaser.
She is survived by: her husband Russell Blaser of Dubuque; her daughters, Kim Duwe (David) of Dubuque, Kelly Neyen (William Jr.) of Dubuque and Karla Faust (Michael) of Lodi, WI; her grandchildren, Brianna Jacque (Kevin), Brooke Dittmer (Tyler), Braelyn Neyen (Logan Nauman), Brittany Neyen (Josh Hendricks), Brad Duwe (Taylor), Riley, Connor and Quinn Faust; her great grandchildren, Liam, Brecken Jacque, Caden, Cal Dittmer and Maeva Duwe; her siblings, Patrick Fenelon (Carol) of Arizona, Judith Oberbroeckling of Dubuque and Kathleen Buckland of Wisconsin; and her sister-in-law Margaret Blaser. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hoffmann Schneider & Kitchen Funeral Home & Crematory (3860 Asbury Rd, Dubuque, IA 52002). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Parish - Holy Trinity (1701 Rhomberg Ave, Dubuque, IA 52001).
