She is survived by: her children, Cindy Kutsch (Steve) of Balltown, Richard Jr. "Pat" Rolwes (Tammy) of Dubuque and Laurie Rolwes (Jeff Herburger) of New Glarus, WI; her grandchildren, Andrew Kutsch (Emily), Matthew Kutsch (Stephanie), Stephanie Wulfekuhle (Brian "Ponch"), Brian Kutsch (Abby), Justin Rolwes (Karla), Kyla Rolwes, Derrick Rolwes (Lauren), Dallas Rolwes (Ashley) and Blake Herburger; and her stepsister Madonna Gudenkauf of Dubuque. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given in Sandy's name to Hospice of Dubuque.
