She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Trowbridge and Peggy Trowbridge; her husband David Lieb; her in-laws, David and Gloria Lieb (Pat); and her sisters-in-law, Cheryl Lieb, Cynthia Lieb (Trine) and Sue Lieb Schmitz.
She is survived by: her daughter Amy Lieb (Jason Adams); her stepdaughter Sherri Houser (Mark); her grandchildren, Haley Seippel, Rylee Lawson, Mark Houser and Matthew Houser; her great grandchild Rory Jo Emden; and her siblings, Jerry Trowbridge (Nancy), Barb Saunier (Mark), Dawn Udelhofen (Ron), Bev Steuer (Tom), Robin Breiner (Randy) and Willy Trowbridge.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Egelhof, Siegert & Casper Funeral Home (2659 John F Kennedy Rd, Dubuque, IA 52002). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers a Sandy Lieb Memorial Fund has been established.
