She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Ward and Alida Ward (Atkins); her in-laws, Harold and Barbara Wolter; her son Steven Wolter; her siblings, Vernon, Chester Ward, Rose Bohringer (Bob) and Lois Junk; and her brothers-in-law, Jerry Robinette, Laverne Wolter, Loren Wolter, Duane Wolter, Dennis Wolter and Al Wolter (Buzz).
She is survived by: her husband Harold Wolter; and her children, Pamela Singleton (Michael) of San Antonio, TX, Patrick Wolter of Dubuque, Bradley Wolter of Dubuque and Kayla Wolter of Dubuque. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Hospice of Dubuque or St. Jude's Children Hospital.
